Crisis Management can be defined as defending against and later managing any disturbances to the Status Quo with the goal of restoring normality. Today many experts suggest we may never be able to return to our pre- crisis reality. Instead, we face a yet to be defined “new-normal.” As business owners and experts who are contracted to coach other business owners, we must nurture and build a robust Imagination so we can create new opportunities for our own businesses while simultaneously engaging and learning with our clients in navigating a new business reality, a continually changing “new normal.” This requires an on-going Imagination and Possibility Thinking practice. Be prepared to stretch your Comfort Zones as you explore some challenging recommendations.

During this presentation, you will:

 Define Possibility Thinking

 Assess your own Mindset – What does the Future Hold?

 Define Imagination and explore how to stimulate it

 Learn some amazing facts about your brain from the latest neuroscience research

 Explore how your senses and mind operate to keep you “safe” from possibilities
